Showed up on time. Called when they were on their way. The 2 younger guys were very respectful of our house not to let anything bump a wall etc. The older gentleman was great at protecting our furniture inside the pods. Overall a good experience. My only issue is the 3rd party people who call you with the same questions over and over. And it appears they only have 1/2 the info that hire a helper has.

I was quite disappointed in this crew. I was doing a really simple move but needed help getting heavy boxes to the right room so I could unload them. I found that many boxes were simply left just inside the house rather than upstairs. Boxes marked fragile had heavy boxes on top of them. In addition, my wood floors were scratched in many places. I expect some damage to occur but this was excessive. I would never use this company again.

Lee was a great move manager and his crew was friendly, professional, super hard working and went above and beyond when presented with the challenge of getting our very large refrigerator out my not quite wide enough door. The fridge was partially disassembled, the door of my house removed, they got it through without a single scratch and then put everything back together. We were really impressed with all of them, the amount they accomplished and how thoroughly our PODS were utilized. I’d highly recommend them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you have oversized furnishings, or specific directions on any items, let your move coordinator know so they can notate these items for your crew in advance. Before the movers arrive you’ll want to make sure you’ve unplugged all appliances, defrosted the fridge and kept your plants dry for at least 48 hours.
