We personally would not use them again. I don't like leaving negative reviews but they did not complete the job because they were not willing to go over the 2 hours (which of course we would have paid for) and I'm pretty sure their listing says they will. Not very friendly at all. We just had 2 great experiences with 2 other moving companies before them and this didn't do it for us at all. We had to hire another company to complete the job the following day and pay overtime for our Budget truck because of this.

Mover's response:
I dont understand the character assassination...that's got to be the worst part. But if you want the truth...the wife (who wrote this review) wasnt even around for the job which is ridiculous in and of itself. We did the job with the husband who was very friendly and a nice guy. The only thing i can say is they need to have better communication amongst themselves because we unloaded everything (car parts and engines etc.) except the few items going into the house then the husband said he was having a friend come over the next day to finish it and said he didnt need us more than 2 hours. Just mad because we wouldn't work for free I'm sure, but never asked us to stay longer anyway! I even accommodated them by them rescheduling from the day before WITH OUT a fee!!!!!!
