I realize that moving someone in the Florida heat is a daunting task, and I was grateful to the men for getting my furniture moved. That being said, I had rented a 20’ truck to take my furniture AND my boxes of packed items. The movers spent a lot of my paid for time discussing how to load the truck, as one of the men was “green” (his words). And I mean a LOT of time wasted. When the lead man decided that it was time to drive to my new home, a 5 minute drive, the truck was only half loaded and 75% of the boxes were not loaded. I felt really pressured to accept this because I was told it would take all the rest of my 4 hours of paid moving time to unload. I am 61, and was left with over 75 boxes to move myself. When we reached the new home, the lead mover said he was just going to take his time unloading, but that he wouldn’t charge me more. I helped unload, and the move ended 10 minutes before I ran out of time.
I was reluctant to post anything here, but my daughter insisted, as she felt strongly that we did not have a good move with these movers.

John and Lushus arrived on time, and worked diligently for the allocated 2 hours. They were clean, kind and respectful of my items and me. They went above and beyond!

They were a little rough around the edges...meaning they could have been a little more respectful of our items. The lead complained and criticized about the "Hire a Helper crew" who loaded the truck back in SC. they took a couple of breaks, one of which was about 30 minutes where my wife fixed them pizza and Sprite and they charged me for that time. that was not the case with the crew who loaded the truck, they worked for four hours in the 90 degree heat, were very respectful to my wife and I and our things. they got 5 stars. I would not use them again.

The man in charge was very good, but he had to instruct his helpers over and over. It took two hours longer than expected because the helpers slowed the process down. It wasn't really fair to have to pay extra for training hours!
