They were great!! John (A Plus Moving) was a wizard at packing the truck and the storage unit making everything fit in one storage unit.. Both worked extremely hard.

John and Charles did a great job despite the sweltering Florida heat and subsequent torrential downpours. They were on time, worked tirelessly and did not waste time. They were mindful with each piece they moved and had the appropriate equipment to get the job done. They wouldn't let me lift a finger, which made my move day much more bearable. They were also friendly and listened to my concerns and requests. I would recommend these gentlemen for your move!

This crew was absolutely fabulous. They were professional, friendly and so gracious to take care of my belongings and me through such a stressful move. They took extra care to make sure none of my furniture legs would damage my floors due to missing glides from the move. They never stopped. Working non-stop until all was unloaded and i was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great team & very knowledgeable of moving & come with everything they need to put back together. A Plus for sure!!!

Not only were they respectful of my belongings and efficient, they even put my bed frame together and fixed the leg on my broken chest from the loaders poor job on the other end of my move. Thanks guys!!

I ordered a service at 8am for 3 people and received a service at 7am with 2 people. I had two very demanding phone calls from John at A Plus Service. The first one telling me he wanted to take on more jobs on Saturday and I needed to change my start time to 7am to accommodate him and his schedule and when I did agree to start at 7am I then received another phone call telling me he was only bringing one person with him instead of two. His other jobs only required one person so that's all I could have or I would need to find another service provider. I told him I was going to call Hire a Helper and let them know about the reduction in help and he said not to, he wanted to contact the company. Once he arrived he had a bad attitude and I almost had to ask him to leave my house because he was picking fights with his helper and my boyfriend. His helper took our side in one case and said he ended up losing his job over it. First time user of the service, and I'm not sure I will use it again.
