Two movers arrived and were very mannerable. I was told they had been professional movers since 2005. Yet, I was quickly concerned after they started packing the truck. I had to direct the men to use the furniture pads provided. I offered to wrap my own furniture, as I had left it unwrapped not knowing this companies policy, some prefer to wrap as they take inventory first. But I was assured they would take care of it. As they placed my items on the truck I quickly noted that they did not know what they were doing. The boxes were placed in a haphazard fashion. Things got worse when it began to rain and time moved toward the end of the move. The movers began throwing items on the truck in any old fashion, placing my belongings in danger of being destroyed. I was never asked what I wanted to do, pay for an additional hour or load the rest myself. They just rushed the job. I called hirehelpers prior to closing the doors and offered to pay for another crew to come repack my truck as I didn't want everything I owed destroyed. I was told to take photos and that my items were insured. I was sent an email and form to file a claim at the completion of my move as I paid for both loading and unloading. I must add that I moved 1500 miles away from BFlo and the movers were informed of such. When I arrived to my destination most of my furniture was destroyed. The mover who unloaded my furniture couldn't believe it was packed by professionals. The movers in Bflo were provided with Pizza and soda for lunch and a decent size tip. When I unpacked I also found a half full propane tank packed on the truck with my furniture!!!! In their rush to get done They not only packed my furniture but the junk that was in the garage placing not only my furniture at risk but also myself and my family! I received several calls asking to complete the review prior to my getting to my destination to see how my furniture faired. At this point I would never suggest anyone use Presidential movers and depending how this process goes, I would never use HireHelper again either. From what I was told today, this is quite common for people's belongings to arrive destroyed especially long distance moves!! I thought I was paying for professional movers, I could have done this job better myself!!!

The 2 movers arrived on time. They were 2 very nice young men who immediately started working after arrival and packed our truck in 2 hours. They were careful as they moved furniture along with household goods and made sure items were secured as not to fall or move during the drive to our destination. I highly recommend Presidential movers. The price was fair and customer service was defiantly a 10/10.

I hired 3 helpers for 3 hours to load a container. 2 guys were fast, strong and capable of doing the job. We finished in 2 hours and accordingly helped to save money. Thank you guys.
