I spoke with the owner prior to the move and he assured me they would bring furniture pads and rope or straps. On the day of the move, the movers contacted me to say they were on the way but without furniture pads or straps. They tried and tried to contact the owner without success. They had to buy some straps at Walmart and I reimbursed them. We were still left with no furniture pads !! They did a good job loading the POD we had rented but the whole experience was mediocre !!
