The BT Team did a great job. They called me the night before to confirm and ask if there was anything special they needed to bring to do the job, which I appreciated. They arrived on time and worked very hard. They were respectful of my property, and very gracious when I asked them to move something or changed my mind. I enjoyed working with them and would use them again.

The movers were very good. They were prepared for the job. They worked very hard, never hesitated to move anything no matter how heavy or awkward. They were careful around obstacles and respectful of our property. The only issue was that they were 20 minutes late. I would definitely use them again.

I requested three members for two hours from BT Integrity. The team was 1.5 hrs late arriving to the house. They did work hard upon arrival and told me there would be a 15% discount for their tardiness. I have yet to get a call back from the company.

Original agreement was to arrive at our home between
7-8am - was told that they would bring equip. requested, which would double the with ours and make things go faster and easier. On the day of the load, we were told that we would not have BT but a local co. that they obviously sub-contract with. This information should have been from the start when we talked with BT - which we were told were proved experts in loading a POD.
The 2 young men that arrived finally @ 9:15am were very nice, hard workers and took instruction well. However, they were not experts at loading a POD, in fact they told us ours was the first one they had seen, and
the first one they would load. Now that is not what a client wants to hear when we have very nice things, and are retired, and limited to what they can do. However, these two young men were gracious and hard working.
We told their employeer (via telephone) to be sure to pay them for the full 3 hrs (even tho we let them go 15mins. early.) Now, the question is"would we use Hire-a-Helper again - yes - the premise is good, and we need help to unload the POD when the time comes.

To say there were problems is a major understatement! Absolutely do NOT ever use them!!
At 1:45PM, 15 minutes prior to their expected arrival time, Brad (owner) calls to say they had a family emergency that morning and therefore would arrive at 3:30PM. Very upset, and a strong sense I was being lied to about the reason, I reminded him I had a truck rental due back by 6:30PM to avoid another $240 day of rental....they'd better be there. (Why didn't they call me in the morning, at the time of the alleged family emergency? If it was legitimate, it at least would have allowed me time to make other arrangements.)
At 3:45 I called him and he assured me they were very close, maybe 20 minutes more. At 4:30PM I called again and he assured me I would see them in 20 minutes and he would call me right back. At 5:30PM he refused to answer his phone (now knowing my number on his caller ID) and his voice mail box was full. No one EVER showed up! No one ever called me again.
The name of his business, BT Integrity, is a joke!
Generally, I am not a litigious type of person but I considered it in this case. Thankfully, Hireahelper made sure I paid $0 to BT and overall was beyond professional in THEIR interactions with me so I have no beef with them.

They were on time and very respectful of our belongings. The guys were very well prepared for the job. However I honestly can't say both of them worked hard. One of them worked extremely hard while the other stood around starring into space or moving one small item into the truck as my boyfriend and the other guy moved everything else. I am not quite sure I would use this company again or at least one of these guys.
