Prior to the job, both our team and a representative from HireAHelper discussed the inventory for your move with you. During those conversations, you indicated that you did not have many items and provided a verbal list that suggested a smaller move. Based on the information provided, the truck size and estimated time were scheduled accordingly.
As outlined in HireAHelper’s booking process, moving providers do not conduct in-person home assessments before the move. Estimates are created based on the inventory details supplied by the customer, so accuracy in the item list is very important for proper planning.
Regarding the concern about damages, we have not received any damage reports or claims related to this move. If there are specific items you believe were affected, please contact us directly so we can review the matter promptly.
