Even with a detailed description of my moving needs, the original customer service rep who took my order vastly under estimated the size of truck, number of movers, and time necessary to complete the move. However, after discussing the move with Aaron, the foreman, he made several valid suggestions to increase the size of the truck and add a third person. Aaron worked with me to keep the additional cost at a minimum and his suggestions were spot on. The Tetris game of making everything fit in the truck was perfect. Shout out to Aaron, Andrew, and William for making my move stress free!

First since Pack rat didnt get pod to destination on time, the movers they hired (you) had to be rescheduled. Pack Rat made ME call to reschedule even though they chose the movers and made the reservations. I called you and was told it would be a 118 change fee i had to paid. Are you kidding? I have to pay a penalty because PackRat who hired you , were a day late? Then when movers came, i was informed they were hired by craigslist. So no vetting, no backround checks. And only Mike knew what he was doing and this was his first time moving via craigslist. The other guy had no idea what he was doing. He borrowed the bathroom and peed all over the seat. The other guy asked for our internet password so he could call his boss and let them know they were almost done. No way was i giving that out. So unprofessional on all levels. The Boss who spoke to me on phone for his payment seems to be running a scam on all levels. Criagslist movers!? really????

All of our movers are vetted and background-checked. The claim that we send unvetted “Craigslist movers” is completely false. This was a two-man crew, not “multiple movers” as implied in this review. The customer booked a two-hour minimum, and the job was completed efficiently in approximately 1.5 hours, despite three flights of stairs, which does not indicate inexperience.
We spoke directly with our crew, and they deny the allegations regarding bathroom misuse and confirm no Wi-Fi password was ever requested. These claims are inaccurate.
Most importantly, the job was completed without a single item damaged, and all requested labor was successfully performed. Frustrations with a third-party POD company should not be misdirected toward our business or our crew.

My service was scheduled for between 1-2pm. I was contacted that they had some issues with the appointment prior to mine, and they would be a little late. A little late became a 4 hour delay, where all our stuff was packed and ready to move into our new place. I was called after 4pm, where I was told they would do it the next day with compensation. It was only after I fought with them, where I said that was unacceptable, that they got someone out to us between 5:15 and 5:30. The only reason it's not a one star is they did give me a small compensation after the fact.
We completely understand how frustrating that was, especially with everything packed and ready, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience it caused. That is why we provided a late-arrival credit toward your move as compensation.
Most importantly, we’re glad we were able to complete your move the same day and ensure that all of your belongings were safely moved into your new home with no damages. Taking care of our customers’ property is always our top priority.

A friendly and experienced moving crew that works efficiently while treating furniture and belongings with care. Our goal is to maximize truck space, protect items during the move, and complete the job as safely and efficiently as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We recommend having boxes packed and labeled before the crew arrives, pathways cleared for easy access, and any fragile or personal items set aside. If customers have questions beforehand, we are always happy to provide guidance to help the move go smoothly.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our team has handled a wide variety of moves including apartment moves, home moves, storage unit loading and unloading, PODS and container loading, and truck rentals such as U-Haul and Penske. We regularly assist customers with both small and large moves.
