They were supposed to come in between 9 to 10 but did not until 1pm. they did not try to fit everything in, i had to constantly talk them i to rearranging stuff to make more room for furniture in the pods. they charged me 30 $ for straps.

I pre-paid for two movers for 8 hours. We were moving a 2000 square foot house with 4/2. Two of the bedrooms there was no furniture to be moved, one in bedroom only a cedar chest and a rug had to be moved. We had many boxes, but they were stacked by the front door. First, I will say that the movers packed our items very well, especially early on in the day. I do not really want understand how it took eight hours to load our furniture and boxes into the uhaul truck. They had to take one bed and kitchen table apart and wrap our wood furniture with shrink wrap. We had one detour to pick up a queen bedroom set. Joe did argue with the man I had purchased it from and complained while he packed the furniture and was uninterested in the securing the load and protecting the furniture. When it was all said and done we ended up being charged for 13 hours and helped unload the boxes from the truck. We did tip the movers because whether it took longer than expected or not and whether we paid the company additional hours or not, they had worked for 13 hours and were tired. I did not appreciate the survey they have on the receipt they have you sign at the end of the job. I tried to ignore it, but they insisted I fill it out so I did, but I could not give an honest review. I did not want a confrontation with the movers at the time, I just wanted them to leave, we still had many things to do and it was 10 pm.

Harvey and Juan did a great job. Showed up on time. Unloaded the container in less than two hours, and were very pleasant to work with.
