We were so thankful New City Moving could find a replacement crew to unload our Pack Rat pod. We're in an HOA so had the pod dropped and scheduled to pick up the next day. It was their 4th job for the day, but that didn't slow them down. They were polite, friendly and efficient. It took 3 guys 2 1/2 hours to load, but Joe and his bother unloaded and set up everything in less than that. Would highly recommend or use in the future.

i can highly recommend this company. They were on time worked hard and efficiently. My only concern is they spent too much time dismantling my kitchen table when they could have loaded it assembled. i would use them again in a heartbeat

On the departing end, it took 2 men(one of whom could not do heavy lifting due to heart condition) 3-1/4 hours to load from 3rd floor onto truck. On unloading end, it took 2 able-bodied men nearly 4 hours to take items to second floor. They need to turn their cell phones off! And not make comments about people’s belongings. And QUIT CONVERSING WHILE IN THE TRUCK BED. Would not use them again.

The crew called when they were on the way and arrived within the time window I set on the reservation. They started work immediately and finished earlier than expected. They handled our belongings as if each item was their own. I will use them again if needed for another move!
