Local Moverz are literally packing magicians!! I had a 16 foot pod to fill and more items than should have ever fit. They did it! That packed that pod!!! And in 2 hours.. I just stood back in awe!!!! They were quick, funny, positive, and an overall joy to work with. You better believe, I’ll be scheduling them to unpack my pod in a few weeks. Thanks so much Local Moverz!!! You guys made my day!

No moving tool, unqualified, damaged our bed, walls, and floors. Arrived 4 hours late.
To add insult to injury, we had to deal with terrible hire a helper customer service

Did arrive later than scheduled due to a prior Load taking longer which is understandable. However they were fast professional and courteous. I would def use them again as they take care of your stuff also. Appreciate the help guys! A++ rating!

The supervisor scheduling the job contacted me twice to be sure the arrangements and confirm addresses. Our job ran over time and the supervisor did an excellent job of completing another job which had been scheduled but then complete our off loading. Day and Chris were on time, worked throughout their time with us, and stayed late to finish our job which included taking a washer, dryer and some exercise equipment to another site.

Zay and Kyree were unbelievable! They were so talented at their job, great with my kids, worked incredibly hard, and everything else you want in great movers. My experience with Your local movers was not great.They called to notify me of coming early only to show up 1.5 hours late. When they arrived I had a pay a separate fee because it was deemed a “long haul” and was not clearly stated prior to loading. I was charged to use a Budget rental truck to load my belongings. Before the loading process and during the walk through, I was highly ensured that all of my belongings would fit into the container. Near the end of the process I was told to pick my valuables that they couldn’t load resulting in spending and additional $3000 to order another container. I also had to prompt the helper to load small items to fill the gaps( he appeared to not know that process). When my Pod was picked up the next day my driver told me that it was no where near capacity and the movers didn’t pack it efficiently. Highly disappointed, frustrating, and dissatisfied with the company. The lack of experience with Kyree and his partner did not prove to me that he had 7 years experience with moving. When people are moving across the country the don’t expect to spend thousands of dollars that wasn’t budgeted for, and especially when it wasn’t their fault.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

When a customer books with us, they can expect a range of services that will make their moving process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. A personal move manager is assigned to you. They will be your main form of contact from start to finish of your project. On the day of the move, we will arrive at your home with a team of professional movers and all the necessary equipment and supplies to pack and move your belongings safely and efficiently.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On the day of the move, we will arrive at your home with a team of professional movers and all the necessary equipment and supplies to pack and move your belongings safely and efficiently. They will carefully pack your items, load them onto the moving truck, transport them to your new home, and unload them at your new location.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Declutter: Take the time to go through your belongings and get rid of items you no longer need or want. Donate, sell or discard unwanted items to reduce the amount of stuff you need to move. Pack Early: Begin packing non-essential items as early as possible. This can include items you rarely use, such as seasonal clothing or decorative items. Pack a Survival Kit: Pack a box with essential items you'll need on moving day, such as toiletries, clothing, and important documents.
