Their service was okay & I say ok because they were young and didn’t move with a sense of of urgency. I could have gotten a lot more done had they understood the concept of making every min count. You don’t have time for phones or just standing waiting & not have a plan four or five steps out so you don’t sit & waste time, I had to do a lot myself or I would not have gotten as much done as I did. I tipped because my grandma taught us to do so, she said it either paid for an exceptional job or it may motivate them to do better next time. But I always wanted to tell her no it just motivated them to keep working the same. Anyway they were pleasant & mannerable so that’s a plus in today’s world. I now have so much to do on my own. Could have paid boys n the hood less & got more done, but they wouldn’t have been insured is all. Oh well you live & learn & hopefully they will also.

The helpers were not too professional. One was on his cell phone most of the time. The communications was very poor. I will not be using them again. They placed boxes in the wrong area after being advised where they should be taken. They were not focused on work.

When a customer books with us, they can expect a range of services that will make their moving process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. A personal move manager is assigned to you. They will be your main form of contact from start to finish of your project. On the day of the move, we will arrive at your home with a team of professional movers and all the necessary equipment and supplies to pack and move your belongings safely and efficiently.

They will carefully pack your items, load them onto the moving truck, transport them to your new home, and unload them at your new location.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Declutter: Take the time to go through your belongings and get rid of items you no longer need or want. Donate, sell or discard unwanted items to reduce the amount of stuff you need to move. Pack Early: Begin packing non-essential items as early as possible. This can include items you rarely use, such as seasonal clothing or decorative items.
