They worked hard, but weren’t equipped to handle heavy furniture. The lead was more motivated than his helper. He loaded our truck well, no scratches or breakages. They did not bring hand trucks, after we had even called them the day before to confirm they would be bringing them. They were courteous and respectful of our things.

Please don't waste your money time and even health, coz they can give you a stroke. I hired them for 2 hours with the option of 2 additional hours if needed, the guy came with his son/younger brother I have no idea (17 years max), no uniform as they describe, don't know what they are doing, took them 1:23 min to load a one bedroom apartment, and then the older guy approached me saying you booked us for 2 hours and I don't think we can finish the robin that time, and I do have another job, I asked him what about the additional 2 hours you we agreed upon if needed, he said I ll come later to finish the job or ask one of my friends to help you and he left. I have to figure out now how to unload my stuff from the U Haul that I rent for 4 hours. First they didn't give me my full paid 2 hours and second they didn't honor their promise to stay extra 2 hours if needed, fortunately I got another company (True Savvy) who finished the unloading in 45min!!! But I have to pay each company separately, thanks HireAhelper!!!! Worse experience ever.

The movers arrived on time and ready to get to work. Both were professional and friendly. They made sure to know exactly where every piece of furniture and each box needed to go. And they even got the truck unloaded with a few minutes to spare! As a single lady, I will be contacting them for any future needs when I'm furnishing my new home. Thanks for the great job!!
