not bad, but they could did it much better in matter of time, they arrived on time but they made 40 mins. more than I did to arrive to unload address, and I was driving the truck, they did a lot of wasting time and even with extra hour they did not move boxes in place as I have requested.

Refrigerator and dryer were not wrapped even though we provided moving pads and not all were used. Both were scratched on arrival. Coffee table base was not wrapped and was also scratched. The guys worked hard but we were surprised about those things above as they seemed like obvious things that should have been done.

They were late the first day to load do to being held up at another job, but brought extra help and adjusted bill fairly. The next day to unload workers were on time, finished the job in allotted time and did a great job. Overall they did a good job.

They were a little late in getting here because of a job earlier that ended up taking longer than they expected. But they definitely made up for loss time. They came prepared for the job and worked very hard throughout their two hours here. They were extremely respectful of our property and for this reason, among many others, I would highly recommend them.

The wiring on my refrigerator was accidentally broken to the ice maker when they took the doors off for the move! But overall they did a great job!

Three guys loaded two trucks 16,500 pounds of the stuff in 2 1/2 hours. Nothing broken and they all had a great attitude. I highly recommend them

Dillon and Jacob from Moving Made Simple did an outatanding job helping us load our Pack Rat container today! They had great ideas on how to get the most stuff into our given space and moved are heaviest items with a smile on their face. They also were very friendly and courteous and stayed continuously busy the whole time they were here. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs some help moving! Great job guys!

These guys were great!!! After having to postpone them a day due to my arrival issues they were great about rescheduling and assisting me as needed they called to ensure that I had arrived safely at my destination and to confirm appointment time. They arrived a little later than scheduled due to previous customer not scheduling enough time for unloading of their property. Called and kept me well informed of status. When they arrived they got right to work and unloaded me extremely quickly. The professionalism was top notch. I have used several different companies to unload and load households for me in the past and they were top notch. I will definitely be using them again and in all my future movements around the Leavenworth area. Final Statement is that if you are going to hire personnel to load and unload your personnel belongings be honest upfront about what you are needing moved. It is not fair to the company or the next customer to tell the company you will only need a 2 man crew for 2 hours and they arrive on the job and you have completely underestimated the amount of time they will be needed. It never hurts to over book the amount of time that you think you will need them so as to allow proper scheduling for the next customer. If you are not sure always add time. I was only charged for the time that they were employed by me to unload my personnel property they do not milk the clock or drag out the process they are there to get the job done in a professional manner and that was exactly what I got. Big shout out to office manager for all of her assistance to me and my family in making this as painless as possible.
