Nice guys. Friendly and quick. Tipped all 3. One guy showed up an hour later than the other two. One thing: After looking back over the work today I wish some items in the second POD would have been placed a bit more strategically. Seems more care went into first POD, then the random remaining items were just kind of tossed in the second one. The straps and ropes I bought could have been used. Not even half were. I appreciated their work though. Not sure it was worth $580, esp since the job only took 2.5 hours. It it is what it is and we’ll see how things come out on the other end when I unload. Thanks.

I had to move my childhood home from Salt lake city to Illinois. Initially the first crew of movers were great. The next day, when it came time to pack the trailer there was,a miscommunication from their boss. Unfortunately the had to to repack the trailer. I understand they were frustrated but they took their frustration out on my belongings instead of their boss. I.e. I had specifically asked for special care of a chalk board that had my late father's New Years wishes on it. The chalk board had been BLATANTLY WIPED CLEAN! I understand his handwriting won't bring him back but that is a sentimental piece that is priceless to me and in their immaturity they took it away. That is only one of many examples of how disrespectful they were with our belongings. When I opened the bulk wall upon arrival they had placed my lawn mower and snow blower on top of my dining room table!!! Who does that?! Epecially with no sheet or furniture blanket. Needless to say my table is scratched to hell and the bottom supports split from the weight. Everything that could be damaged is damaged and I fully intend to take this company to court for not only material damages but emotional as well. I am SO sad that people treat each other in such despicable ways, especially when they are getting paid.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect to receive a text confirming the date and time of the job. Through this communication they can also add any additional information that might be helpful such as: heavy items, long walks, specialty items, parking arrangements, etc.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will be on-site within the arrival window given. They will then do a walkthrough of the premises in order to strategize best practices for your individual relocation. They will then go over paperwork and begin the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Any prep the customer does on their end will quicken the move saving the movers time and, in effect, the customer money. Prep may include: breaking down beds, emptying drawers, clearing a walkway throughout the house, etc. Of course if these things are not done before hand, the workers will willingly do them when they arrive.
What types of moves have you handled?
After so many years in the industry there is nothing we haven't seen. We've done something so small as moving a couple of pieces of furniture to another room to relocating five thousand pound printing presses across town. We've relocated customers from California to Maine and everywhere in between. We can provide packing materials, packing services, loading services, transportation, unloading services, and unpacking services. In short there's nothing we can't do in this industry.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The bet part of the job is seeing the relief in the customers' faces when they see that they don't have to move anything or stress about someone else moving their possessions. it always makes me smile when they visibly relax. Moving doesn't have to be stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
The onboarding process for our movers is extensive. Probably the part I like the best about our company is that 100% of our workers are referrals from workers we already have. That means the guys we hire are already vetted by our own employees who would never want to work with someone unreliable or lazy. In fact when we interview a person we already know what kind of work ethic and character he or she has after talking to the person that referred the potential worker. Our workers are as good as it gets.
