Enjoy working with this company. Second time I have used them. This time I’m packing my house to show and sell. They have come on three occasions to move furniture, boxes to basement and garage. Will be back once or twice more to assist. They have been professional, pleasant, curteous, careful and accommodating ( not to mention strong!). Definitely recommend this company.
Easy process from start to finish. The only suggestion I would make is to have the teams bring a dolly--it would make loading/unloading go a bit quicker. That said, Logan and Wade were efficient, friendly, and professional.
The gentlemen who unloaded the truck for me were absolutely wonderful… The only snafu was, I did not realize that you have to go through the actual corporate page to make any changes so anything that occurred was definitely on me not on them. I hope to be able to use them again when I actually move into my place in Virginia because they were really really good at taking care of my belongings..
Ace Piano Moving went above and beyond for us! They arrived right on time and had our stuff moved in a flash. They even noticed that one of the tires on our rental truck had several bulges and was dry-rotted. They were life-savers! If that tire had blown while we were driving, it could have been extremely dangerous. Instead, we were able to get it changed before we left. I highly recommend them!

Kevin and Dimitri did an excellent job loading up our third floor apartment into our UHaul. They showed up a few minutes ahead of time and even stayed a bit longer than originally planned to get everything loaded up. The UHaul was expertly packed and nothing shifted during transit. Will definitely be contacting them for any future moving needs.

The two young men arrived on time and went right to work. They worked extremely hard and completed unloading a 28' trailer in 4hrs. Both were very respectful and were very easy to work with. Handled our goods and our property carefully. Would definitely hire them again.
