The guys came out to help unload and did a great job. They were in time and accomplished a lot in a short period of time.
A few days later I reached out to them directly for a small Pick-Up and delivery job. I spoke with the owner Jeff and he said he would be able to help. I paid the seller for my items and set up a time with them, based on my conversation with Jeff. The day of, Jeff did not answer or return my calls or texts. I understand it was a small job, however, if he didnt want to or couldnt do it, he should have simply said so. No call, no show is simply unacceptable and put me and the seller in a very bad spot.

They arrived within the scheduled window. Worked very efficiently, finishing packing the truck in 80 minutes. Great job tightly packing the truck for a long-distance move. The load never moved I had to re-arrange only two folding chairs. Jeff is very pleasant to work with.

Careless when moving things; one person knocked over a fireplace insert but luckily the glass didn’t break. The crew didn’t know how to load a freight elevator and hit the emergency help or different floor buttons. Also had to instruct the movers to put the bed frames and beds together. Also had to instruct to put the hutch of the china cabinet on its base.

An on time arrival with all equipment needed. A phone call or text with our exact arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have supplies needed if it was not requested we bring them. Then set back and we got it from there.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing a happy customer when done especially when they are unsure how everything fits. Real satisfying at their new location and everything arrives as we packed it.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Full training beginning with customer service up to how to tightly and secure packing in boxes and the moving truck. Next their driving is put to the test with our moving trucks. Finally they go with an experienced mover until they have the high standards, decision making, know how and professionalism all our movers have.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
