All my things were wrapped pretty good and arrived undamaged and shipping container was packed efficiently.

They are just here to extend hours and make more money. In 2 hours they moved few items , and during this time, 1 of the guys played with a snake.
Very disappointed and ask at the end to have tips.
I payed $500 for 2 hours and they don’t work for the cost.
I will never used this guys again.
First of all, I was never able to talk to you before your move as you didn't answer or return my many calls, so I'm not sure what your expectations were.
Secondly, you booked us for two hours, which is the minimum & what you were charged for, & you knew the cost at the time of booking. Our crews want to get your move done & go home - they didn't, & don't want to, extend the time at all.
Thirdly, your crew moved many heavy items down three full flights of stairs, including the piano, which took about 45 minutes to prep & move. We wrapped & protected your other items, & secured them in the truck, so they would travel safely & that takes a little time. As I mentioned to your wife, tips are appreciated, & not all of our customers know that, especially our customers from other countries.
Finally, I was available by phone at any time during your move to answer questions or address problems. Any issues you had could have been solved immediately.
Again, I'm sorry that you feel like it was a poor experience. I wish that we'd have had the chance to address your concerns during your move.

Alhood Vans service and work was okay. My main issue was when the movers showed up to my apartment, they reeked like marijuana. Not the most professional first impression. Second problem was a few of my main furniture items were scratched up pretty bad. While they did the move satisfactory, I would not use them in the future.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive an introductory email & phone call to review details & materials important for a safe & efficient move. We will call a day or two before the move to confirm the date & arrival time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will call en route with an updated arrival time. At your home the crew will do an initial wallk through to review items to be loaded & they will prep your home's floors, railings & doors with tarps & protection. The walk through is the time to point out any items or areas that need special attention - such as antiques, attics, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund for any unused time over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
