This was by far the best experience I have had with my move. These young men were polite, courteous beyond expectations. Showed up when they said they would unlike most contractors I have worked with in the past. And above all, they WORKED! There was no padding of hours, they knew exactly what to do once I described the initial botched packing issue from another moving company. I cannot say enough positive things about these young men other than they truly were raised right, they have integrity, good work ethics, and were an absolute joy to work with. Hire these guys if you need any moving services, you will not regret it! If I could have brought them down to Florida for my unpacking, I would have done so!!!

My appointment time was between 10am and 11am, they were not able to come until almost 12:30. When they arrived Cameron was very courteous and professional and they started moving things right away. Then about 20 minutes into them moving stuff the two movers got into an argument and one of them left. Cameron stayed and with my assistance we got everything moved. By the time everything was unloaded at the house it was 4 p.m. Cameron did a great job, but things did not go smoothly which resulted in me not getting any sleep today to work my overnight shift tonight. I would like to give Cameron 5 stars for his resilience and amazing work ethic. He worked really hard and moved a lot of heavy stuff all by himself.
As far a HireAHelper, Even though the website boasts about having a 100% satisfaction guarantee that is A LIE!! I wrote a detailed complaint about the services I was offered, how they broke a bookcase which I was offered a measly $18 for, and how I missed hours at work because of them and was not given a 100% refund. I was offered a 50% refund, which I should have been given automatically since I ended up being the second helper and I have a broken foot and shouldn't have been moving anything, which is why I hired them in the first place!! I had originally given 3 stars, but now since they have also not honored the "guarantee" that is spewed all over their website, I've lowered it to 1 star. I will never use them again!!!!

The people from Crunch Time Movng were excellent! They were on time, worked hard, were professional and friendly. They were very careful with my things. They went above and beyond just being good movers.
The movers I had lined up for the day before never showed up, so Crunch Time Moving stepped up when I called them in a panic. They showed up the very next morning well prepared and ready to do the job. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with crunch time Moving you can expect a follow up conformation phone call to insure your booked service, time and locations of both load and unload help
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
At crunch time Moving you can expect us to be approximately 10-15 min early to your load/unload site.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If already packed and ready to be loaded just assemble in order you'd like to load, at Crunch time Moving our customers are completely in charge. Also you can help buy having routes cleared in witch we would be going to load/unload. Door's propped open is also a solid prepare tactic.
What types of moves have you handled?
From one bed room/studio apartment up to 5+ bedroom houses we've done them from local residents afar as Utah and Kansas. We've done office rearrangement and moving as well as residential rearangement .
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Interacting with customers and making you'r job easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
we do a full week of hands on training with each of our employees, and final day of customer support video training.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
