The guys doing the load were nice, but the job they did was sub-par. I just got my stuff unloaded on the other end, and despite me providing wrapping and padding, my furniture got scratched up a lot. They didn't really know how to properly use the plastic wrap, it seems, and some blankets and covers weren't properly secured to furniture to hold it in place during shipping (and, yes, I provided tape). I haven't gotten around to unpacking my boxes yet, but it won't surprise me to find stuff broken because of how they were stacked inside my storage container despite my "fragile" labels on boxes. The service surely could've been better. They did a lot of standing around and joking a lot as well. I feel like they didn't use their time super efficiently. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I am disappointed.

I chose this service based on the other customer reviews I read. I am very disappointed with service I received. I schedule two helpers to arrive between 3-4pm and around 3:30pm I received a call notifying me that my helpers would be an hour late. At 5:30pm my helpers still had not arrived. When I contacted them, they said they would text me when they were en route to my location. I was not confident that they would even show up, so I started unloading my truck with my family members that were helping. Then eventually the crew arrived at 6:20pm (original timeframe was 3-4pm) and finished at 7:20pm. I had booked them for two hours, which I would have used if they showed on time. I had to pay for two hours, even though I only used them for one. I will NOT use them again and I do NOT recommend this service.

We used Packed for a two-day move, and overall they did a very good job and I would recommend them. We hired two movers for each day. On the first day, we got two young, professional and hard-working movers. Chris was the lead mover and he was great. They arrived a little late coming from a different job, but that's OK as we had a delay with our truck and David (company owner) was great about coordinating with Chris, who gave us updates on their progress. They were very thorough in wrapping up our furniture in blankets we provided. They did an excellent job -- worked really hard, packed the truck extremely efficiently and got the job done early. The second day went less smoothly -- apparently the crew that was supposed to come cancelled last-minute, so the crew got there about 90 minutes after the moving window we chose. The movers were two older guys, one of whom did fine and one of whom was really struggling and was taking frequent breaks, so I was providing a good deal of moving labor myself. But they worked hard, got our truck completely loaded and even worked a little after time was up to get it all done. As an average of both days, I'd give them four stars. Overall, a professional company I'd recommend, especially if you get the guys we had on day one.

Couldn't speak more highly of these two guys. One time, efficient and generally super friendly. They worked hard and went the extra mile to make sure all of my stuff was secure in the uhaul! Fantastic moving experience and will most definitely recomend to friends.

The guys were nice enough and helpful, and I don't think anything was damaged (won't know until I unpack next year). But I don't think they were terribly experienced which reduced how efficient they could be. I had to take the initiative to tie a few things down and stack some things in a way that would allow everything to fit in the truck. It could be that they weren't used to a client who was as hands on as I was. But I was still quite satisfied. I would probably use them again.
