This is the second time we have used Packed to help us move into our new apartment. They are exceptional and professional. They worked diligently and took a lot of care to ensure that our items were moved without damage. I would recommend them to family and friends. We will be definitely using their services in the future.

Jose, Angel and Dan were great, did what was asked and went above and beyond to help us get the trailer packed. Would definitely recommend them again.

Originally hired three men but only two arrived. However they were on time, prepared and worked extremely hard. I found them friendly, respectful, energetic and committed to doing the job well. And they did.

I gave these guys an impossible job. i had more than shouldve fit if i was loading it up. when it comes to moving labor these guys are what you want. they did show up a little late but kept in communication of when they would be there and when they showed up they got straight to work and didnt stop until the job was done. I am highly satisfied and would recommend

To be clear, the three workmen who came to the site were kind, professional and hard-working. They were terrific, both fast to assist me with my POD unloading and careful with my belongings. The reason for my review being only 3 stars is because of my dealings with their manager. I had to call their store to confirm the appointment day and time rather than receiving a call from them, as the Hire-A-Helper site states. Then, on the day the crew arrived, the three fellows were without the promised dolly and hand-cart, as was stated on my quote and work agreement. When this was mentioned to the lead on-site crew member, he politely apologized and said that he was not told by his supervisor to bring anything. I then asked that he call his supervisor, which he did out of my earshot, and within minutes I got a call on my cell from this supervisor. The man proceeded to be abrupt and abrasive with me, saying that if I didn't order the equipment then it was my fault, not his. He grew argumentative with me when I told him that my contract stated that (1) dolly and (1) handcart would be provided.
He said I was mistaken, told me that they never bring anything unless it is ordered....and then went on to suggest that I go rent something at the hardware store for his guys to use! I put him on hold while I pulled my contract up on the computer and read off to him the exact description wherein it clearly stated that the dolly and handcart would be provided, however if I wanted additional equipment, I could do so for a nominal charge. He again aggressively argued with me, but then I offered to either forward the email with my contract or text him a screenshot of it...at which point he said, "fine, the paperwork is screwed up" and hung up. I presumed that he would then have one of the workmen go get a handcart....BUT THIS NEVER OCCURRED. The crewmen were embarrassed and apologetic for their supervisor's reaction, but they just kept trying to work without the aid of these tools and that left me feeling like I was about to get charged for any extra time that would now be needed because the work pace would be slowed without the use of the handcart and dolly. An hour into the job, I could see that the supervisor wasn't going to send any tools so I ended up borrowing one from a friend, just so that the poor crewmen could continue unloading my belongings in a safe, timely fashion. The supervisor never once called me back to apologize nor attempted to make the situation right. Meanwhile his crewmen were stellar and worked as best they could, and they were able to complete the job with just 15 minutes to spare of my quoted time ONLY BECAUSE I PROVIDED THE EQUIPMENT MYSELF. Needless to say, I felt bad for the crewmen and thanked them profusely for their service. I told them that when I left my review, it would only be because of the condescending way I was treated by their boss that I would not be able to recommend their company, which is a shame since the guys in the field were great.

The guys were friendly, very fast but careful, and they didn't hesitate to ask where something should go. Both were excellent and should be commended.
