These guys were fabulous. I hired them for load and unload. They came on time and were so nice and friendly. They had great attitudes and were awesome at figuring out how to get everything in my moving truck. They did a great job of protecting all of my stuff and they were quick! I'd highly recommend these guys. I'll definitely use them next time I move.

A nightmare. I was scheduled for a 3 man crew for 2 hours - to unload my last 16' POD. Two men (not 3) showed up, worked reminding me that they had other jobs today. At 2 hours they said they were leaving. I said that we had a contract for 3 men and only 2 showed up. They didn't finish the job and still owed me one man for 2 hours (or 2 men for one hour). I said I wouldn't sign the agreement to release funds from my credit card. I was not going to pay for what I didn't get. There was still several bookcases, books and more, left on the POD. They called into the "hireahelper office", said I was "disrespectful" and requested the agreement be changed to 2 men for 2 hours. Then they just left. The "office" called me and I explained what went on and need the POD unloaded as it was going to be picked up the next day. Fortunately the "office" connected a two man crew for two hours (minimum) later in the day to finish the job. It took the full two hours and they were hard working and polite.
Moving is hard enough without the additional stress.

This customer was rude and disrespectful and yet your crew stayed on the job with those conditions. You kept the crew from completing their job by telling them to put items down and slow down as the crew was working hard to finish up the job in the time allowed. We do appreciate each customer but when there is a job to be done we like to complete the order. We thank you for your business and apologize for any inconvenience.

Horrible company! Moved so slow, one standing around most of the move. Items packed in truck carelessly. Paid $400 extra to move pool table that was completely scratched up and damaged. A desk completely ruined, an entertainment center completely ruined. A curio cabinet with glass broken, and a cabinet completely ruined. They took apart my dining room table but didn’t put screws with it so now I have to purchase new screws for the table if I can find proper ones. Table was purchased from a California company. Awful job! Do not use!

You didn’t provide no packing materials for your furniture there was no blankets no plastic wrap no bubble wrap. In the contract it states the customer must provide all packing materials including one blanket per item. None was provided. We take no responsibility as we told you from the start of the move the damages that can occur during transportation and you agreed. Please read the contract in full when ordering service this will assure that the customer is aware of all guidelines, fees and other requirements so your move can be accurate as possible. Thank you

A crew of clean cut smell good workers with the right equipment and a positive attitude with good energy.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.

What types of moves have you handled?

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
