We the States Moving labor helped us move things from an upstairs apartment and load them into our trailer, and did an excellent job. Arrived on time, were very polite and helpful and took care in moving and securely packing things into the trailer. They worked hard and managed to complete the job within our scheduled timeframe. We would definitely use them again.

They charged additional cost for rescheduling when I requested they come one hour later than originally planned but then they showed up late "due to traffic" however they did not pay me a rescheduling fee for showing up late which caused a problem with the building I was moving in to. They unpacked the truck fine, but I stayed with the truck downstairs so I was unaware of what went on upstairs in the apartment. Apparently they had been leaving stuff outside th door and my son had been moving it inside, and when they said they were done becuae the truck was empty, 45 minutes before the two hours was up, they had not been inside the apartment to help move heavy stuff around, like putting couched into place, assembling the bed, etc. I was not trilled with their service.

Thank you. Upon the agreement when hiring services. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the start time will be subject to a processing fee. When the truck was unloaded we asked several times is there anything else? You informed us no. You were amazed at how quickly things got done you let us leave. We work to get the job done. If there is any additional task and we have time we complete them upon the customer request

A crew of clean cut smell good workers with the right equipment and a positive attitude with good energy.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.

What types of moves have you handled?

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
