These guys are really amazing. They came to our house and we were not yet fully packed. Even though they got frustrated upon seeing that we were not that prepared, they worked really hard and fast to ensure that all our big items were completely loaded. They also wrapped the furnitures well to avoid searches on them and maximized the space to fill the truck to the brim. I definitely recommend these guys. They completed the job in less than 2 hours.

We the States Moving proved a lifesaver. I was tasked with an impromptu move and needed movers the same day, no scheduling. Well, through Hire A Helper, I found We the States Moving and they answered me promptly. They arrived on time, went right to work, did not slow down, packed and stacked my possessions with great care, and provided me with packing tips for future reference. Very friendly and helpful! They were on time and got everything unloaded in an hour and a half.

Two gentlemen showed up on time and did a decent job moving. However their professionalism was lacking, arguing with each other during most of the engagement. After a 4 hour pre-paid house moving, I inquired about extending an additional hour to unload a completely full moving truck and was told they had another job and couldn't do it leaving me with the job 80% done and a full truck to still unload. The service claims you can add time but beware that may not be the case. Ultimately they did an ok job with the work they did but left me with an unfinished job with a tight window to complete.

I very highly recommend We the States Moving. Jon and Antoine were on time, friendly, and came with a can-do attitude. They were respectful of our belongings and never stopped working. Communication before was excellent. It was the best moving experience I've had and I will definitely call them again.

Pro - They arrived on time.
Con - They were hired to pack boxes and they were not informed and maintained a negative attitude. They were asked to pack the kitchen cabinets and the use medium boxes to pack the plastic items and use smaller boxes to pack glass. They didn't use any medium boxes and mixed packed glass and plastic in every box. When asked why they were only using small boxes, they said they were trained to use small boxes and to mix glass and plastic to keep all boxes light weight. They two works consistently had disagreements on the packing process.
I hope that everyone has a better experience than we did.

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
