They were on time, professional, courteous, and helpful. Did what I needed them to do (get my stuff from one third floor apartment to another), which saved me time and stress. And I found the rate to be reasonable, although I didn't need the full two hours (still preferable to moving everything myself though!).

These guys were incredible! We had them come help us load a POD in May and did not disappoint. We had a TON of stuff and they were able to fit most of it in the POD and carefully loaded everything. We got our stuff and nothing was broken or hardly even shifted. They were very friendly and worked very very hard. Definitely would recommend!!

Amazing customer service. Over-the-top on accommodating my schedule. The truck I reserved wasn't available on the scheduled day and John Isaac rescheduled me for the next day at no extra charge. Super polite, professional and fast. I highly recommend this company!

This is the second time we hired Jonisaac and his team at We The States Moving to help us unload our stuff. They were not able to respond to my calls until the hour before our appointment and they were late, but that is fine with me because I don’t have much stuff to unload anyway. May is a popular time to move and they had back-to-back schedules. They did give me a pretty accurate ETA once they were able to respond, and they worked hard and efficiently throughout the one hour that they were here, and nothing was damaged. I am giving them an excellent 5-star review because they are a great team who works hard and efficiently. Be aware that sometimes movers may be late especially during busy periods, but they get their job done anyway.

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
