Jonisaac Winston and his helper packed up our moving truck, but they stole a bunch of our ratchet straps, 8 straps to be exact. We provided a lot of ratchet straps, blankets, and towels for them to use to properly wrap our things, but it turns out they only had used one strap for the whole thing. We had a 16’ truck with furniture and fragile marble pieces. We told them they were fragile and needed them to be secured and wrapped properly, and they didn’t do that. We have a majority of our marble pieces cracked, and I saw how it could have been placed in the truck in a more secure fashion. I wouldn’t recommend these people if you have fragile pieces. As well, Jonisaac was very aggressive and yelled at my mother during the experience. Overall, unprofessional and I wouldn’t hire them again.

They were early and checked if that was OK. They came with a dolly in case it was needed. They worked hard and accepted suggestions about loading. They were respectful of our furniture and took care so as not to damage or place items so they might be damaged in transit. I'd recommend them.

So Jon and his helper don’t seem like they got along, with the latter harping on him about his work ethic. Initially they did a great job at least work wise and I would have given them a higher rating if not for them leaving me to finish the job once we got everything to my storage unit. They left half of my stuff outside the public storage elevator on the 2nd floor. I thought they had moved it into the storage unit which was on the other side of the building. Keep in mind the truck itself was still a quarter loaded. Assuming they had put my stuff in the storage unit I told John the lead man I could finish it since my time was almost up. Was I surprised when I get to the 2nd floor and see all my stuff piled in front of the elevator. Bottom line I got ripped off and hire a helper never answered my call or text so I could tell them what happened, they just collected the money and split. I will never use them again.

Jon and Brian came on time, They are very efficient and friendly. In addition to moving the stuff, they also helped us to assemble the furniture. They are very good hearted! They are very respectable young people; we would like to hire them again if there is a need.

I went with this company during my move in and move out. Could not recommend more! Both Jon and Brian are very efficient and respectful of your belongings - keep in mind with any mover you go with - label or let them know any fragile items beforehand. Trust me when I say I was worried about being able to fit all our stuff in a 15ft truck from a 1BR apt (we have a very large sectional sofa, 2 full PC setups, a couple of kitchen countertop appliances - in addition to what’s considered a normal amount of belongings in an apt) but they made it look effortless like fitting a puzzle. They are honest and hardworking people and it shows why they have been in the business for a decade. Props to Jon and Brian!

These guys were incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. Despite how much I was sweating not having enough space to fit everything not only did they do that, but there was space left over! Tetris masters! Could not recommend any more highly!

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
