They arrived at the designated time. Were very well organized and dug right in. They worked the entire time, taking about 5 minutes for a break. The POD was packed very efficiently, using all space to make everything fit. All items were wrapped in plastic and padded blankets used for items as needed. They were careful not to damage any walls and leave no mess. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent experience. The crew of 3 were on time, friendly, polite, quiet, meticulously wrapped all furnishings and worked together well. They pushed through several "gotchas" without complaint: working late to finish the job (which I underestimated), loading both a storage unit and a box truck, multiple sets of stairs, and all on an extraordinarily hot day. Absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend this company and this crew!

From the initial call to the final load, the process with Alhood was 5 star! The communication was great leading up to moving day. When the crew arrived, they all introduced themselves and got right to work. They were respectful and kept the mood light as they worked and man did they put in some work! We had 4 movers and at the conclusion of the move, everything was out of the house and loaded very well into our two PODs. They all shook our hands and wished us luck on our move. Would definitely recommend!

They were great! Kept in good communication about arrival time. The crew was professional and efficient. They packed up our POD beautifully. Will be calling them when we need to unload too.

They worked non stop, what work ethic. as a result they finished early. Also, they were very cordial and paid close attention to where I wanted things put in the house, etc. I would definitely recommend them.
In addition, they were stuck in traffic and were considerate enough to call me a let me know where they were and would be a little late. they didn't start the clock ticking until they actually started to work. I was impressed.

They did a good job. The guys were very nice and worked hard for the time I had them, helped put furniture in assigned spots. I would say they weren’t as diligent with some items, when compared to other movers I have utilized before. Examples including not using diligence or considering boxes marked as fragile and grabbing a white weighted blanket with their hands leaving a grease mark. Other than that I was grateful they were able to fit me in a short notice.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive an introductory email & phone call to review details & materials important for a safe & efficient move. We will call a day or two before the move to confirm the date & arrival time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will call en route with an updated arrival time. At your home the crew will do an initial wallk through to review items to be loaded & they will prep your home's floors, railings & doors with tarps & protection. The walk through is the time to point out any items or areas that need special attention - such as antiques, attics, etc.
