Anthony and D were fabulous and incredibly hard workers. They had a challenge getting desks into small doorways, but figured out a way to do it properly. They are also very personable and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them.

The movers were very friendly and moved quickly. There was some damage to the kitchen island at the rental that we were vacating as well as a couple of scratches in the wall at the new house. Also a piece at the bottom of our piano was broken off. I didn't realize any of this until the move was over and I was able to walkthrough. We had a lot of very heavy items and the two guys did a great job moving it all. My time went an hour and a half over so I had to pay an additional amount of my credit card. There was a 4% fee for using my card that I wasn't aware of as well as a $25 gas fee that I wasn't aware of. Overall It was ok. Again the movers were very nice, but I wish that I had known about the extra fees and damages.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive an introductory email & phone call to review details & materials important for a safe & efficient move. We will call a day or two before the move to confirm the date & arrival time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will call en route with an updated arrival time. At your home the crew will do an initial wallk through to review items to be loaded & they will prep your home's floors, railings & doors with tarps & protection. The walk through is the time to point out any items or areas that need special attention - such as antiques, attics, etc.
