I hired Lucky Movers through Hire A Helper to pack and prepare my goods for loading into a container for shipping. The crew arrived on time, prepared to work and worked extremely hard. They were courteous and understanding of my needs and, though I had grossly underestimated the amount of time it would take two people to properly
prepare art work, among other things, for the move, they graciously stayed long past the time originally booked to see that the job was completed and I was satisfied. I am grateful and was satisfied. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of moving and would not hesitate to use them again.

I just feel bad as they left before I could give them a tip. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to take it or not. They were so sweet and so good to my old dog. They even stepped over him and worked around him. Very hard working respectful young men

They did an amazing job! Wrapped everything in plastic wrap. Fit all of my things in the POD with room left over! Would definitely recommend them and even hire them again if I needed.

They were on time worked nonstop packed the truck very tight with absolutely no room left. I hired 3 of them for 2 hours well they were there for 5 hours, had them wrap the furniture , we had everything packed up and tables torn down ready to load, we did not move any appliances but we had filled up a 26 uhaul truck. When the truck got unloaded things looked good. If I were to move like this again yes I would hire them again.

Do not use this company! We scheduled our move for between 1-2pm arrival of two movers for 3 hours to load a POD. They confirmed our appointment mentioning that the first move may take longer, and would it be okay if they arrived between 2-3pm - I agreed. At 2:30pm, I called to inquire about an ETA, and was told they would get back to me. At 2:53pm after no return call, I left a message that we would have to cancel the appointment as this was not our agreement and we had to get the POD loaded. I received a call back at 3pm, telling me that they were still working on their first move. What type of company does not tell the first customer that their time is over because they have another customer scheduled who is waiting and has provided payment? We had to load the POD ourselves. I am absolutely disgusted by this company and we are all very sore today after having to do this ourselves in order to meet our POD schedule.

Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
