never again ,last minute phone call about the extra cost to move the refrigerator when I told Ivan leave it in the garage he said its already outside then to find out he laid it down inside the pod , will ask for the 140 dollars to be refunded and hope my clients do not sue his company for damages

First, the payment requested was not the agreed upon amount. After moving everything they stated there was an extra charge for heavy items. I specifically stated the items to be carried into the house and asked about additional charges. I was told there would not be any extra charges. I paid because it wasn't enough to make a fuss over, but then, after the movers left I discovered they had gouged my newly installed wood floors. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me about it. Not happy! I would never use this service again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
