The two movers came on time, and worked super efficiently and kindly. They were polite, strong and really knew how to use the space on my pod efficiently. They reworked my initial load with a different company, and were able to fit most of my stuff which the first company said no way of fitting...! Really appreciate their service and would recommend!

1) HireAHelper representatives - offered a great suggestion when Pods would not deliver my container, even with it being confirmed. The HireAHelper representative suggested I adjust my Labor help to Unloading + Loading and Truck, which would allow me to not be charged a cancellation fee and allow me to get my items as I hoped. This saved me money, saved me time, and fulfilled what I was hoping in getting my items the day I had planned for.
2) Rigo's Moving is the best moving service I have ever used. I have no used them 4 different times and in each on the crew was wonderful, careful with my items, on time, efficient and so professional. I can not thank them enough for everything.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
