Rigo's Moving and Storage consist of a group of serious professionals. I hired a team of 4 to work 5 hours to pack up a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house.
They were fast, efficient, knew exactly how to stack things in the truck to maximize room and moved heavy items very quickly. No way I would have been able to do this on my own.
Paying online was easy, too.

They did a good job, I would’ve given them 5 stars, but they were 2 1/2 hours late! I didn’t receive a call from anyone, I had to contact the movers to inquire where they were at!
I was a couple of excuses, but sense I was not contacted prior to, I knew they were not being honest. However, the movers did a good job once they were done. I had booked them for 2 moves, and almost cancelled the second service order. I had better service on the 2nd call, the movers were on time, and did an even better job than the first team that was sent.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
