The team from Rigo's Moving were outstanding. They arrived early, were friendly, polite and professional for the entire time they were at our home. They demonstrated care for our belongings and great skill in ensuring that everything was handled properly and loaded safely into the transport trailer. We were very impressed by Anthony, Manny and Christian.

The movers were punctual, hard-working, and helpful. However, I think they got tired toward the end and just didn't secure and protect items as well as they did in the beginning. Two pieces of furniture, along with some metal shelving, and other misc. small items were damaged.

Very professional and very quick. They were the only movers with a 2-hour minimum in LA versus the standard 3-hour minimum which was incredibly helpful. They were also really flexible with the times they were available to come by and able to shift at the last minute. Highly recommend!

The movers were available an hour earlier from the scheduled time and that worked out perfectly. They were friendly and efficient; they even finished early. The furniture was not scratched, and it was packed into the truck so not to shift during the long drive.

Two men without a truck was what I used. They called to say on way; they arrived on time; they were prepared with dollies, wrap, everything was moved quickly once we told
them what we needed. Very nice respectful men. Did not
lag at all. Now I know there are this type of companies
even for small jobs will use again.
After & only after they are finished you call Hire A Helper and the money is released.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
