Rigo’s — both Marta in the office and the two helpers — were great. We were moving from another city on the other side of the state, and they called to check on our ETA a couple of times so that they could get started ASAP when we pulled in. The helpers were polite and efficient, and carefully handled our furniture and boxes. We would definitely use them again!

On time excellent fast workers! Wrapped all furniture carefully. Loaded the POD that everything fit and we even had some room left for our last minutes items! They were fun to pack with! We would use them again! My husband said they deserve a pay raise!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
