Jacob & Ulysses arrived early ready to work. They transferred my household goods from my storage unit to my POD. They did an excellent job wrapping the furniture for protection and maximizing the POD cube, so my household goods won’t shift during transit. They stayed overtime to finish the job. I had under estimated the necessary time. They did an excellent job & I highly recommend using Rigo’s.

They arrived a few minutes early. They brought rope and tape to help with the packing. They worked extremely hard. Very respectful of me and my property. I would absolutely use them again. The best moving related money I’ve ever spent.

The movers who came to help us were great, but we canceled the second half of our move with them and would not recommend them because after the move they sent us a bill for over $300 in moving materials, which was hundreds more than the amount of materials we requested. They also harassed me to pay the invoice, calling and emailing me over and over -- over the course of 4 hours the Monday after the move until I just paid it knowing it was more than I was comfortable with. When I called to discuss it later (when I had some time) they were unwilling to budge on the amount. I feel kind of scammed.

They were supposed to arrive between 1-2pm. At 2:15pm I hadn't heard from them so I called and they said that they were going to be there between 2:30-3:30. They didn't arrive until 3:30pm. Then they automatically charged my card for the "additional hours" that I never signed off on. Don't use this company as they will charge you the incorrect amount without your consent!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
