These guys were amazing!! They called when they were about 20 minutes out. When they arrived they were very nice. They worked quickly without being clumsy. They did way more than I was anticipating, they evaluated all of our furniture and boxes and position them in our moving truck to where everything would fit! They were so awesome we ended up keeping them for 3 more hours! I would highly recommend!!!

I never write reviews but felt I needed to just so someone else doesn’t have to go through what we did. Loader were courteous and worked hard but didn’t seem to know what they were doing and took 4 hours for one pod so I had to pay an additional $129. All the boxes were loaded at the front of the POD (instead of filling in empty spaces), heavy furniture was put on top of more fragile, lighter furniture. The end result was lots of empty space that could have been utilized. Our POD hasn’t arrived yet, so praying furniture isn’t all damaged! Rigos would not rectify our concerns and said “they sent out their elite loaders”. Hire-A-Helper wasn’t much help either and didn’t seem to care.
We used Pack and Load (another loading company recommended by POD’s) for our second pod and the difference was light night and day. The POD was completely professionally packed front to back, top to bottom, using every inch of space. If we would have used Rigos, we never would have fit in all of our stuff.

Speaking on my experience of using moving companies at least six times in 40 years, the two individuals who did work on packing up my stuff, were great! Acted like they were moving their own stuff. Packed up, utilized all the space in the POD, etc. The prior reviews of close to a 5 Star rating were accurate.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
