This was the second time using hire a helper. I requested 4 individuals, 3 were sent. One of these 3 was not a regular, and appeared to be less than ready for the job. Out of the remaining 2, one was in training, or at least the other one felt he needed to learn the proper way to do things.
I had to have the movers get my items out of my pod from the storage facility (long story). They took 3 hours to move the items that were already wrapped and boxed into a moving truck. When one guy went to the restroom, the other 2 didn't work.
I was refunded my money for 4 guys, but they can't refund the time it took to load and off load.
If some of my items were not so heavy, I could have moved the boxes quicker.

Thank you for choosing the moving boys. Since you’ve had us before you are aware we do multiple moves a day to keep from telling our clients NO. It’s 2020 and with the pandemic we can’t guarantee more than 2 people as everyones safety is priority. If a member shows up with symptoms they are dismissed until dr clears them. Had I know you’d be so rude I’d have sent them anyway but you’d complain about that as well. I love how people could move faster than us. Next time instead of hiring a professional moving company go right ahead and to the move you.... wait.... it’s too heavy!!! Don’t treat people like crap because you think you’re better than they are. We do have a unique design so even movers with years of experience we take about 4 months to get them right with us. As a pro company we are also always looking at better ways to serve our clients. The good ones, who aren’t rude, demanding, and think they are better

I feel like I just got the biggest rip off of my life.

The boys damaged multiple furniture items. The listing says they come with tools. They had a tool box that had no useful tools in it. I had to unpack my small multi-tool and call my landlord to bring over a wrench so they could unhook my washer. They ended up breaking my hammer somehow in this process. They got my mattress incredibly dirty. I think they dragged my mattresses through my gravel parking area. On e we got to my new place, they were unloading my washer and dryer. They had a regular dolly and an appliance dolly. The one guy decided to use the regular dolly and not strap my dryer. This resulted in the dryer falling off the truck and getting damaged. On top of this they took so much longer than necessary. I had all my boxes in one room ready to go. It should have taken an hour to load an hour to drive and an hour to unload. I ended up paying almost $800 and all my stuff has scratches and chips in it now. Including the wall at my new place.

Client was immediately combative with confirming locations with the office and crew. Client was informed that the crew is prohibited from connecting/disconnecting washers and dryers and we can only assist with putting beds together. Yet she kept insisting the crew go outside of policy to please her, this also slowed down the crew and cost time. The crew travelled to Greenville and Johnson City and back to Knoxville to service this move. Crew arrived with all required items, truck and tools. As for charges the docs were signed by the client and submitted to hire a helper for payment so we have nothing to do with her charges. Per the crews statement the boxes were mostly in one location but not all in one location as per the client. According to crew the door and pathways into the apt complex was tight making it challenging to get items in which justifies a little more time to get the job completed. From start to finish this client was demanding and aggravated with any and all movement and there was nothing that could be done to make her happy.

Our helpers were very respectful and did a great job moving everything from our truck to our house. They gave us updates as needed throughout their progress and worked really hard. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience.
I will not recommend this service
One of the guys quit 30 minutes after they arrive together . 20 minutes later the police was in my house . The guy was asking for his money in order to leave the place . The police was there until somebody pick up him .
The other guy apologize about the situation
Is not the kind of moving you want it to have especially if you have weeks planning .
The company called and sent 2 other guys
We waist a lot of time

Due to a medical condition that our company was unaware of one person did leave very quickly due to Hyppa we cannot disclose anything further the client was not charged for the downtime and we replace the crew as soon as possible so their job was still completed within the timeframe requested

I do apologize that you misunderstood thinking that we were a talent show there to impress. They were late...they seemed to be prepared for the job...they worked but took many breaks (especially one of the them)...they were very respectful and nice...would not use them again.

Mover's response:
Crew was late due to policy. We check everyone’s temperature when they arrive at the office. If any red flag shows up the crewman is sent home. We will not put our crew or client in harms way so we adjusted course for safety during a national pandemic and the client was made aware of this immediately. The crew was prepared to unload 2 16’ pods but due to the heat of August and the size of the boys (not tiny boys) it’s gonna take some time. They unloaded the pods in the time of 3 hrs. That’s 32’ of cargo that by scale takes 2 men 5-6 hrs to unload a 26’ uhaul (U-Haul.com). So even taking a couple breaks we still completed the job in record time with safety in mind. Client may have been nice ..... would not service again.

Moving time was wasted with the movers arguing and not working as a team to move the larger items. Most of my items were packed and downstairs ready to go. This resulted in the move taking additional time and costing me money.

We treat our clients like family and work as hard and diligently as possible to make your moving experience as great as possible.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will walk you through our process starting with a walk through of your home or business documenting with pictures the condition everything is in to ensure if any damages occur that you are covered with documentation. We start when we arrive, just as you would expect from and service provider.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Make sure your pod,trailer, or truck is on site before we arrive. Please have all needed equipment available for our crew's, I.E. rope,straps,plastic wrap, blankets, ext. Please be aware that our crews will call the day of your move when heading to you with an eta.

What types of moves have you handled?

We service all need. In almost 2 decades of services we have done it all.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our crews members are screened and trained hands-on by management before entering the field. Management consists of long-term employees that worked up our ranks from the bottom.
