Outstanding work by a very friendly, polite, and efficient group! I was slightly nervous at first since they arrived just towards the end of their arrival window, but that wasn't their fault due to a detour on the highway. They got to work right away - understood the priorities, and were so efficient in loading that I actually was able to save money by returning a POD I did not need! They finished a little early - did a complete walkthrough to make sure they got everything, and were consistently nice the entire time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and use them again!

There simply isn't a rating high enough. My mom is 67 and lives in Indiana. She recently lost her estranged husband. I'm her son who lives well out of state. She needed help moving some of her belongings in a tense family situation from one city to another and Pack Smart came through. We had PODS delivered and Pack Smart loaded and unloaded them for us. The did a fast and efficient job of loading them, however it was the unloading that irked me. The day that they were scheduled to unload the PODS came and I was given a reason why neither of the PODS could be opened and they cancelled the unload after being here for 15 minutes. Although I didn’t cancel I was charged a $190 cancellation fee and when I had someone from PODS come look at the containers he was able to get them open easily. The rest of the unloading went smoothly when they returned, although they went an hour over and cost me even more money. They did the job just fine, but since I was charged unnecessary fees I would likely use other movers in the future to avoid spending money that I don’t need to.

All types. We have been with large van lines forr years before starting Pack Smart. We have done military, international, local, and long distance moves. Storage in and storage out handling as well.
