They were very careful with everything they moved, probably the most careful I've seen any mover. They surprised me by showing me a way to take a part my couches for better storage. Something my last mover did not do. Other than that they seemed pretty average. Good people, I would hire them again.

We needed two guys to move our large items into a POD. They were on time, prepared, courteous, and worked extremely hard. We have a few very large pieces I was worried to move, but the the guys were able to manage them with no damage to our furniture or walls! I would definitely recommend Pack Smart.

First, let me say that I absolutely love the HireAHelper customer service! They really are amazing. The movers, Pack Smart, however was the worst service ever!!!! They did not know how to pack a moving truck and ruined most of my furniture. I would NEVER use them EVER again!!!!! They took three smoke breaks and left the cigarette butts in my front yard. So not ok!!!!!! I wish I could offer a more positive feedback. If you value your personal belongings, do not use Pack Smart!!!!!

They were over an hour late, but that I believe was a mgmt issue as the workers were told that we were on central time instead of being on eastern time, but because they were late, we received a 5% discount on our bill, that is a fair approach.
