The three movers who came out where excellent and professional. They unloaded the pod easily and were willing to help us move other things in the home. It was hot and the end of the day, but they were more than helpful and willing to take apart and move two different beds. Prior to the move, I made a mistake and put in the wrong date. The representative at Full House Family Moving was very helpful and able to make changes to my reservation and send a few movers out to our home the next day. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough good things about Thomas and Eric, who helped us move out today. Our POD ended up being smaller than we expected, but they worked hard (in the rain!) to fit all of our furniture and almost everything else from the house! They were extremely efficient and easy to work with. We’d love to have them again when it’s time to unload at the new house! Thank you!!

HireAHelper was great. Full House Family Moving was assigned to us immediately after I booked through HireAHelper. But communication with Full House Family Moving was not always the best. Two helpers came. One of them did an excellent job and worked very hard. He was also very respectful of us and our belongings. The other one, unfortunately, was not. When trying to communicate with him he wouldn’t let us talk; only he’d say whatever he wanted to say, without listening to us. He didn’t always placed boxes in the rooms we was instructed to. We ended up moving boxes from 2nd floor to basement and vice versa. But overall, the service from HireAHelper was good, and we’d recommend it.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

They can expect honest, quality service. I will answer any and all questions at almost any time of day or night.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
