Kevin, the 'K' in 'KY', & crew arrived on time and powered right through the packing and moving that needed to be accomplished. The team performed in a thoroughly professional manner reflecting their experience but asking the right question to ensure they were on track when necessary. I should note that they were juggling their schedule to make our time table work after the firm we'd originally engaged cancelled 5 minutes before their scheduled start time. We're doubly grateful- that they could make our schedule work at the last minute and performed like the pros they are. Next time we'll start with them.

I was an hour late for my reservation, and thankfully, they didn't cancel it. By the time I arrived, they left to get lunch, and they didn't come back until two hours later. By that time, I had already unpacked half of my things. They helped for an hour and I paid for the two hours.

Excellent, friendly service. Movers showed up right at the beginning of their 1-hour window.
They came more than prepared offering straps, door stops, and other helpful tools that we didn't think to have on-hand.
Movers worked very hard over the course of a long day; however, we didn't quite finish everything we had hoped – even after we made arrangements to add an extra few hours to our job.
Movers were respectful of most property although I would ask that they be more aware of things like door jams in the future. These got a little banged-up and I might want to do a better job protecting them on another move.
I would definitely call on KY again for an honest and reliable move.

They were very professional in their service and completed the job to my full satisfaction. They communicated the arrival time few hours prior to schedule and came close to that time. When the job took longer than expected, they were flexible about staying longer. I recommend them.

Keith called me shortly after I placed the order to confirm the date and time. He and Dom were on time, and worked their "tails" off loadiing our rental truck. they were both professional, courteous, and were very cautious in moving our things, and were very cautious to not hurt themselves going up and down the stairs. We had a lot of things and we really thought it might take all day, but Keith and Dom worked continously and it didn't take long at all. Also; nothing was broken when we unloaded the truck. they packed it so that nothing rattled around or moved around. We were/are very impressed. We would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone else considering using KY Professional Movers. We are from Florida but had to move some things from Baltimore. Believe me, we were very concerned about items moving around in the truck. So very glad KY professional movers convinced my husband to let them load it correctly!

KY Movers did an excellent job for me!! I used them during my move which consisted of two parts- a move into a storage Pod, then a few days later per my request - they returned with a u-haul which they loaded, then unloaded along with the belongings already in the Pod at our new home.. in the POURING Rain!
Each time KY arrived early, was efficient, hard working and made the most of the space available when loading the truck and pod. When we arrived at our new home, they unpacked everything and checked back frequently to make sure they were putting the boxes where we desired. They also reassembled the furniture and called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. We created a wonderful moving experience and our end result was fantastic- all of our belongings safely transfered to our new home. Thanks again KY- I would certainly use them again!
