When you are hiring a moving service, do not use Hire a Helper, and do not book Red Zone Logistics. Even if you think you have no other option and are desperate for a moving company, you do have an option, and that is to not hire these companies at all. You will be better off planning everything yourself than relying on these companies.
My move was cancelled at the beginning of my scheduled move time! They were due to arrive between 9 am and 10 am, and at 9 am I was informed they had a flat tire and would be there in an hour- I said okay no problem. However, by 930 am this switched to a 'reschedule' that really was a cancellation, because they wouldn't have time for my move. I asked to please have them come, help me move and I guaranteed they would not be there past the scheduled end time of 1 pm! I had minimum items, multiple friends helping me, everything was already in neatly stacked boxes, and I was moving a whooping 1 mile away. I needed the guys to help carry one large piece of furniture, but more importantly I needed the truck. Nope, they said they couldn't inconvenience other customers in case my move went late, due to their late start. So they were cancelling my move appointment of 10am to 1 pm at 945 am.
The customer service was absolutely horrible. The rescheduling offers were a joke, and did not work with my work schedule, or were after my lease ended. I scheduled a move on a day that was in-between a very tight lease overlap, I was off work, and had friends available to help. So no another day didn't work, I scheduled that day for a reason.
Also, they stated that since I hired through Hire a Helper, my move took a lower priority, than if I had hired directly through Red Zone Logistics. Insane, and come to find out I technically paid more for this service, because of the 'convenience fee' of booking through Hire a Helper. What a joke.
So in conclusion do not hire any type of service through Hire a Helper, the only guarantee they offer is that you will be disappointed or left stranded without the service you booked. I cannot recommend Red Zone Logistics either, they didn't have any other operating or usable trucks that day, which doesn't support that they are equipped and prepared for any move. They were unable to change a tire on their truck, and they offered horrible options for what would have been their easiest move of the day.
I hope you avoid these companies, and I hope they seriously rework their customer service. They should recognize that cancelling a scheduled move, during the move time, is such an unprofessional, unacceptable mistake that they should never make again.

Our movers did a wonderful job and took great care with everything; even though some of our packing was less than perfect nothing got damaged or broken. They were extremely pleasant and efficient, even after we all realized the job was bigger than expected. I highly recommend Red Zone Logistics and will use them in the future.

They were friendly, courteous and extremely careful with my furniture and belongings. They worked Constantly! I cannot stress that enough.
Though my family and I laughed and joked a lot with with them, they didn’t skip a beat, continually working. When I gave them some pre~lunch snacks and water they were very thankful, but kept working, taking quick bites or drinks in between. They never mentioned being hungry or wanting to stop to eat.
When it was a bit past lunch time and my daughter and I needed lunch, we texted them to get their lunch order. Again, thanking us, they never stopped to eat or drink, just took bites or quick drinks. They were amazing!
Not that I am planning on moving…ever again…I would request Brandon and ‘P.’
Also, Brandon was my contact person and as I needed clarification on several things we texted back and forth quite a few times and spoke on the phone. I was glad that I got to meet him. So I give him kudos for the excellent PR work he did for the company.
One complaint: Their scheduled arrival time was from 8:00-900am. However, they didn’t arrive until 9:45am…45 minutes late. However, they surely made up for it with their hearty work ethics.
I still would give them the highest marks!

They did a fantastic job. The two gentlemen that loaded and unloaded for us were great. They moved all of our furniture pieces, bins, and seemingly never ending stacks of boxes with care, efficiency, and skill. They were a great help in making a stressful move less stressful!!

Red Zone Logistics is outstanding. There was a miscommunication with Hire A Helper in terms of how much work was needed to complete my move. The folks at Red Zone showed up in the expected time window with an extra set of hands and a larger truck. They worked hard to complete the most important portions of my move so that I could complete the rest later. All of the staff were courteous and worked diligently to help in the time they had been allotted. My biggest recommendation is if you set up a move with Red Zone through a third party site, reach out to them directly via the number in your email confirmation. It would have saved me some time and frustration down the road.
