So, the service itself was phenomenal. The workers were professional and courteous and I would hire the workers themselves back in a heartbeat. They took what I thought would be a four hour job unloading a POD, which is what I hired for, because it took me a whole day to load it, and did it in one hour and a few minutes. The only problem is, is that when I asked for a refund of the time they did not use which was almost 3 hours!, or if they could not refund the time, to split the time into two days because I had another pod coming two days later that I could have used the help with, they said they would be happy to help with the other day but I had to pay additional money instead of splitting my four hour time which I already paid for, into two, two-hour times, over two days. They did give me an hour's time back and that was only after almost begging the issue so I did get a small portion back, but I was highly disappointed that they were unwilling to either split the time between two days since I did not use it all, or at least give me back a refund of the two and three-quarters hours that they did not use. My advice is if you are going to use this service, to make sure you are going to need the full time you are hiring for.

The gentleman arrived on time and went directly to work. They took instruction very well, worked efficiently and quickly.. We had elevator challenges at one of our locations and they never lost their cool, even when our move took 2 hours longer than originally planned. Would highly recommend and use them again. This is our second time using this company and are not disappointed.
