They left us stranded and at no point contacted us to let us know that they wouldn’t be coming. We had to pay extra fees for our Uhaul and it completely destroyed our weekend.

Fantastic work from Carl and Samuel. Both arrived a little after the time I had suggested, but was very clear with communication on when they would arrive. The men carefully wrapped each furniture so it would not break, and even took their time with the fragile objects such as mirrors and paintings. I appreciated the attention to detail! After moving, Carl even helped us with mounting a TV. Really appreciated their help!

The two movers arrived around 11 am. They had issues with their regular truck not working as it should so they rented a truck and arrived late. I was informed by their office person the reason for the delay. They were scheduled to arrive from 8 to 9 am. They were hard workers, and full of energy. It was nice to converse with them as they were moving. All items arrived safe at our new home. I'd give their energy and stamina at an AAA+++ rating.

Customer should expect a phone call to establish all the details for there move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should perpare for moving day by assuring all items that are to be moved have been properly packed in boxes and taped shut. This includes all glass, pictures and hanging clothes from your closet. If there are stairs, bulky or oversized items or appliances please inform your Royal Lion Representative prior to moving day. Also please inform representative if you would like packing or unpacking assistance or need to purchase packing materials including boxes, tap, shrink wrap, mattress covers ext.
