This moving company is SO overrated!!! Lack of communication, unprepared, unskilled, extremely slow (one hour to take a bed apart, deliberately burning the clock), damaged so many items that the list could go on and on.
All of the things you fear that can go incredibly wrong from beginning to end, did. But I will just leave you with two thoughts:
1. The owner's responses to any unhappy customers are simply just ignoring your concerns or verbal attacking you. They never take accountability. The customer is always at fault.
2. My job was a straight forward simple well organized POD loading. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company for any type of moving job!

The 2 young men who helped us worked very hard and were amazingly strong and capable of moving things that we never could have. They were pleasant and helpful and we would definitely recommend them.

The guys were here exactly when they promised. They called me about an hour before to verify we were ready. They went right to work. Moved a ton of boxes and a lot of furniture almost continuously without stop. They put everything where I specified. Truck was clean to the walls in 2.5 hours. I was impressed.
I had scheduled 2 guys for 2 hours. I had a 21 foot rental truck packed tight with stuff.
The only problem we had (not their fault) was a tight turn on the stairs that absolutely prevent getting my queen size box spring to the bedroom. But they spent a lot of time trying. Had that not happened I think we would have been done in the 2 hour window.
However I had no issue with the extra 30 minutes. Again they were working steady the whole day.
Should I move again they will get the call.

They were on time and worked very hard.They finished before the time was up, so they put my two tables together. I would certainly use them again.

I was a bit disappointed with the service. I ordered a second POD to insure everything would fit but unfortunately it didn't. The loaders I had were clearly a bit inexperienced. The items that were left should have fit quite easily had they known how to efficiently pack the items. Now I find myself having to rent a Public Storage unit for the left overs; an unnecessary and unanticipated expense and more work for me! As a testament to their inexperience, they didn't even bring the proper tools to remove TV mounts, something that most customers usually have. As a result, it took them 15 minutes of my time to remove what should have taken literally 1 minute. I still gave them a healthy tip, I'm a sucker. I rated them a 3 only because my scheduling contact Christopher, was super! He was responsive and indulgent, and I appreciated his assistance.

Wow..these guys knocked it out of the park! Moving is ALWAYS stressful, but after they arrived I felt a lot more confident about being prepared for the move. They arrived on time and prepared to pack up the rooms I identified. They were professional and very friendly making it easier for me allowing them to handle our personal property. I would strongly suggest using them if you want a personal touch for your move. The owner actually arrived and helped pack. Who does that?! Customer service is not completely dead. I can't thank them enough for helping us get ready to transition out of the house.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.
What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance, local, full service, labor only, corporate. Everything.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Helping our local community with trustworthy, reliable moving service, which is hard to find these days.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
