What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our clients can expect a phone call within the hour of booking us so we can have an understanding of the scope of work, we will also be able to send you a confirmation email once booked.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a reminder text the night before. the day of the job they will get a call to confirm 2 hour before job start. We will arrive in a timely fashion and get started working.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best way to prepare for moving day is to communicate with our team, we have done large amounts of moves and all work in real estate. We will be able to provide you free advice, good service providers should you need them and we will also get any moving material you cannot get and take care of it the day of service.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types of residential moves - international, long distance, short distance and local moving. We also handle office moves, delivery service, vehicle transportation as well as very large residential moves "Mansion Moves".
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is seeing a smile on people's faces when their belongings arrive safely at their new home. It's incredibly rewarding to know that we were able to help make someone's move stress-free and successful. I also enjoy the physical activity involved in each job—it's a great way to stay in shape!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide comprehensive training for our crew members to ensure they can complete each move with safety, efficiency, and professionalism. Our training program covers everything from packing techniques, loading and unloading, transport safety, and communication. We also emphasize customer service, as we strive to make sure each customer feels taken care of during the moving process.
