3 unprepared workers. No tools, no harnesses, Dolly’s, not prepared to move anything. Completely scratched my $2,000 couches, damaged my hot tub, and a disaster
Currently we have it set up to provide needed equipment upon request and are unable to move items over 400lbs unless we have a 4 man crew.

They were perfectly nice and on time, however, they had no equipment to help them be efficient. No dolly, no straps, just two guys like if you ask your friends to come help. We noticed after they left that our upstairs furniture took a beating and so did our wall. It looks awful. We would have likely not agreed to pay full price had we seen the damage sooner. Would not recommend, pay more for a full moving company.
Also inefficient I dont think that was us. As our movers took less time then our 2 hour minimum.

Chris was awesome, friendly, courteous, eager to work...worked his butt off, and took care in placing items on truck. Tried his best to make sure stuff wouldn't shift during travel. Very attentive. His co-worker worked hard too. He was a bit more social which made him a bit slower, which Chris pointed out a time or two, but he helped get the job done. I would take them any day, ESPECIALLY Chris!

I can't say enough words about how great our helpers, Brad and Chris did. They listened to all my worries about important and fragile belongings. They were on time, clean, polite and very hard working. I think they might have taken 1 10 minute break during the 5 hours we had them. They loaded at one house, packed the truck perfectly and wrapped everything that needed to be protected then followed us to our destination and unloaded and placed everything where it was supposed to go. They even reassembled the beds and dressers. There was zero damage. We have moved 10 times in 12 years and based solely on past experiences, never imagined a move could go as smooth as this one did. I highly recommend Crothers Brothers to anyone looking for local move help. Great job!
