Chris and Ernest (movers) arrived on time and were the most professional movers I've experienced. Having over a dozen military moves, I'm familiar with moving issues, but these two guys are organized, communicate well between themselves, and patient which resulted in ZERO ISSUES and NO DRAMA!!!!. They packed the truck efficiently and quickly - and unloaded it with as much care for my things as if they were their own. I booked them for 8 hours, but really needed more time. They were both eager to stay until the job was done - and I would recommend Family Movers to anyone who wants moving done right.

What a great experience we had with them. They got there on time, estimated it very closely, and constantly kept moving to get the job done. Very pleasant and respectful and did a great job of squeezing in everything that they could even though we had more things than was possible in our PODs. I would enthusiastically recommend them again and would strongly consider them for my eventual move in the future.

I had never used professional movers before and was nervous of the process. I did not know what to expect; but after working with Family Movers, I could not be more impressed. The same day I made my reservation, I got a phone call (from a real person!) to confirm my appointment and let me know I was in good hands. From then on it was like a member of own family was helping. The movers were professional, friendly and flexible. They moved all of belongings carefully and showed up early when I asked them, despite some serious snow and having already done another move that morning. The guys were great, helped us move on a really difficult rainy day. They nonetheless managed to bring most of our items completely dry, including the couch. They also went above and beyond and helped me with the rental truck when it got a flat tire. They're reasonably priced, but very professional. Would hire them again in the future.

Chris and Ernie were AWESOME! Professional, polite, and courteous with our property. On time, very communicative and very experienced. UHaul screwed us and gave us a smaller truck than we reserved but Family Movers patiently managed to organize everting perfectly so it fit! Moving is stressful, do yourself a favor and hire Family Movers to take the stress out of it.

Chris and Ernie called prior to arrival to advise of their arrival time. They showed up promptly and when scheduled. These guys were professional and had a high level of expertise. Our furniture was handled with great care. We have moved five times in recent years. Each time we had national or regional movers. What training do you provide your crew members?

We only choose the top of the line movers from other companies. Typically, our movers have 4+ years experience moving with other companies. We are not a company that is run from the top down. Instead, we rely heavily on our "boots on the ground." Due to this, we recruit from other companies. By doing so, we pay our movers more and can be more selective. We pass this professionalism and value on to our customers.
