Macs service never showed or called to cancel or delay the move. Numerous attempts to contact them went unanswered.
We do apologize for the situation that has occurred. There was a mixup in our office and by the time we were able to respond to your calls it was too late. We do assume all responsibility though and we are extremely sorry.

I would definitely recommend these guys. They did a great job moving odd shaped furniture down winding narrow stairs, without a scratching my walls or furniture. They moved everything within their allotted time frame. However they were a couple of hours later than originally planned, but I did receive a call that they were running behind schedule. I have family members that are planning a move in a few months and we are going to use them again. I used a POD for a long distance move and they did a great job of packing it and tying it down well. I definitely recommend them for your move!

Fantastic job. Joe and Mickey were on time, they worked non stop and were very careful with all our furniture. I fully recommend Mac's, and would ask specifically for Joe and Mickey if you can. I will use them again to move us back in.

Great experience. Movers were polite, hard working, friendly, and empathetic to my situation. They took down and set up furniture, which I wasn't expecting. They showed up on time and finished within the timeframe I had set up. It was an incredibly hot and humid day, but these guys really worked hard and never once complained. I would definitely recommend Mac's to anyone requiring help with a move.
